We are pleased to announce the approval for another designated route to Cairo by the Federal Government of Nigeria.



The approval was given to Kabo Air on 26 February 2008. In addition to the other routes approved since last year i.e. Jeddah and Dubai.



The company has also acquired another Boeing 747 200 series with the registration number 5N-MAD. It has since commenced operation.



Plans are in top gear to start schedule flight operations on the designated routes i.e.


Cairo
Dubai
Jeddah

Dangerous Goods In Passenger Baggage:

For safety reasons, the following articles or materials may not be carried in passenger baggage:
n Briefcases and security-type attaché cases with installed alarm devices, or incorporative lithium batteries and/or pyrotechnic material.
n Explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares.
n Gases (flammable, non-flammable deeply refrigerated and poisonous) such as camping gas and aerosols.
n Flammable liquids such as lighter fuels, paints and thinners.  Flammable solids, such as matches and articles which are easily ignited, substances which on contact with water emit flammable gases.
n Oxidizing substances (such as bleaching powder and peroxides)
n Poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances
n Radioactive materials
n Corrosives such as mercury which may be contained in thermometers, acids, alkalis and wet cell batteries
n Magnetized materials and miscellaneous dangerous goods as listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
The above regulations do not apply to medcines and medical appliances, toiletries, smoking utensils (except gasoline cigarette lighters), alchoholic drinks, provided these are carried in small quantities for personal use.
